What are the strangest things you have ever seen a fellow commuter do?

I had a woman riding my tail on the Dulles Access Road while curling her eyelashes in her rear view mirror.

I had another woman on my tail in an SUV a few weeks ago. She had her right hand (with cigarette) on the steering wheel, talking on a cell phone using her left hand, and somehow had her left foot hanging out the driver side window.

Also had a guy right beside me doing about 75 in heavy traffic while he was playing a trumpet.

i oberserved someone shaving with an electric razor once and then there are those who also read while driving.

not bragging (right!!) but i once had a date performing an act i cannot mention for fear of censorship on me while i was driving.

John, I frequently use a weed-wakcer (a/k/a cordless shaver) when I drive. Some mornings start too early...

The list of oddities I've seen:

• Women farding
  
• Man reading a NYT or WSJ style of newspaper, covering the steering wheel
  
• Woman and man holding more than one pet
  
• Man eating a bowl of cereal
  
• Parent slapping a child in back seat

This is why I say laws banning cell phones are simply wrong. Enforce the reckless driving regs already on the books and leave the people who can talk and drive alone.
