i oberserved someone shaving with an electric razor once and then there are those who also read while driving. not bragging (right!!) but i once had a date performing an act i cannot mention for fear of censorship on me while i was driving.
We are the people our parents warned us about.

John, I frequently use a weed-wakcer (a/k/a cordless shaver) when I drive. Some mornings start too early... The list of oddities I've seen: - Women farding
- Man reading a NYT or WSJ style of newspaper, covering the steering wheel
- Woman and man holding more than one pet
- Man eating a bowl of cereal
- Parent slapping a child in back seat
This is why I say laws banning cell phones are simply wrong. Enforce the reckless driving regs already on the books and leave the people who can talk and drive alone.

i have a hard time driving and changing the radio station some times much less do those chores while driving.
