Well, I'm going to be in the field for a few days helping to train Privates.

Take it easy on the Privates!! I remember a little about being an E-2/E-3 back in the early 60's, and it seems that the really competent E-6's and E-7's I worked for set the values in place that carried me into my years as an Officer.
