I'd say that they're about equal. One thing that I've noticed about fatherhood is that once the kid is out of the house, your frustration levels go down a bit but don't disappear by any means.
And anyway, isn't spouse an easy job? Just say "yes dear" to everything and you'll skate through it just fine.

Emotional extortion, it's a monster, if you feed it, it doesn't get satisfied and go away, it just hangs around and gets hungry again and again and again...
I'd have to say that the "father" role is much more frustrating than the "husband" role. But after 24 years of marriage, I guessed I've learned more about the "husband" role, so it's easier.
