To all of us that are fortunate enough to have been blessed by God, may this Father's Day bring you a heartful of joy and love. This one will be bittersweet for my son and I, as he leaves for Iraq in August for 15 months. He leaves at home his wife and my youngest granddaughter. If you believe in God, or in gods, ask Him/them to keep all of the Dads, Moms, Sons and Daughters who proudly wear the uniform safe and return them to us healthy. Godspeed to all of our warriors.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. And all of our military around the world.

May it be a safe and happy Father's Day for us all!

God Bless.

Godspeed indeed. I hope your son remains safe, and returns home to his family with the hero welcome he is entitled to.
