No, not the High School kind. There's a reunion of folks with my Army occupational specialty this year. I haven't seen some of these guys/gals in over 20 years. If that's not being out of touch, I don't know what is.

I know there's a lot of other current and former military here, you guys ever attend unit reunions? What about keeping in touch with old buddies?

Here's an update. Just got back from Colorado Springs where my wife and I attended the reunion. Had a pretty good time overall (the reunion was great, hotel was not so much).

Caught up with old friends and made some new ones. Hopefully we'll do a better job of keeping in touch.

No kidding, you went to high school in C. Springs? I went to Aurora Central. We had our 35th reunion last year, but the guy who hosted it was kind of dweeby, didn't even have any music. Otherwise, it was fun. Out of our class of 500+ maybe 75 or so were there, plus others-mostly the exjocks-from other years, still reliving their "glory"

Colorado Springs Wasson and Palmer had good teams when I was in HS, many, many years ago. Where did you go?

Nope, this was an Army reunion. It is held every two years and moves around the country.

OK, Army reunion, not a lot of women there, eh?

And how did you become Flash Gordon's brother, I mean, how did you get the pic on your posts?

All kinds of women there - wives and even some former soldiers. We went up to Cripple Creek one night, didn't do any gambling though, just ate dinner.

The pic? Go to you account settings and pic an avatar.

Of course, wives and g/f's were there, but I meant the unexplored, unknown floozies that make parties worthwhile...with ex-Army bosombuddies there, it sounds like you were well taken care of.

And I can pick a pic from a group? Interesting, yours seemed so unusually appropriate, I'd guessed that you had grabbed it from NASA or elsewhere. I'd better give it a try.
