I get crap all the time from people who really should know better. The same insufferable crap that has been floating around since the dawn of time (or around 1995 when the web started taking off).

So here's a new "Internet Law" like the law of gravity, only funnier (I hope):

I propose a Law of Redundant Repetitive Email: In general, the more times an unattributed story appears in your inbox, the less likely it is to be true.

Corollary: The greater the number of different formating styles that appear in a story the greater the likelihood of it being completely
made up crap.

I especially hate the ones that have been forwarded so many times you have to scroll down for 15 minutes to get to the "story."

I hereby amend the law to state that when you discover the story to be false, one must reply to all and tell them their story is false and please stop sending such crap.
