Is there any evidence that brain wave entrainment therapy really works or is this just a gimmick to sell products like so many other therapies, i.e., pills, magnets, etc.

Brain wave entrainment does works for me in specific situation like visualizing my goals and outcome.
I did came across some scientific reports on this area of interest but did not bookmark the page. Found this downloadable free report that a guy named Bob was interviewed indepth on areas of visualization, hope you find it useful. Visualization Technique |
