I'm trying to lose weight, not short term but making lifestyle changes that will stick with me
I have heard that weightlifting will help with weight loss and would like to hear what kind of experience you have all had. How long does it take? Do you gain first then start to lose? Are there certain muscles to work first that help most with weight loss? Any advice is welcome.
