I am in the navy and out-to-sea right now and was wonderign what kind of results will I get from the following workout:
Pullups 3X5 situps 3X 30 pushups 3X40 run 30-40 minutes 4-5 days a week and change as my condition improves |

Looks like a good mix of resistance and cardio with the running.
I don't know what results you will get, I don't know anything about your history, body type, etc. You tell us after a few weeks, eh? |
