Six months of strength training has left me muscular, but a bit winded when I climb stairs, and a bit larger than I wanted.
I started jogging last week. It went well. Started mostly walking with 5 minute jogs in between. Ended with mostly jogging with occassional walks in between. Tonight I skipped rope for 20 minutes. I do feel some conditioning coming back. (I know it's only been a week...) In another two or three weeks I'll start adding sit ups and push ups to my routine 3 days a week. Well, I'm able to run just fine. And I feel pretty strong. But flexibility is an issue - big time.
I've started doing the Men' Health Belly off club workouts, specifically Workout B. They have a set of Mobility and Flexibility exercises that seem to be Ok. -- "No job is beneath a man's dignity as long as it is honest and supports his family" - my grandfather http://ma.gnolia.com/groups/bestlife |

Oh, forgot to mention - with the situps you might do some planks and other core exercises. Situps are pretty limited in what they do IMHO.
