How much did you all gain over the holidays? I (somehow) managed to lose 2 lbs. I guess the fudge/mountain dew/junk diet really does work.

I gained 5 lbs. But have started back on my routine (except for the piece of chocolate cheesecake I had last night) LOL I'm still in my comfort zone though so I'm not worried.

GAINED ABOUT 3 POUNDS OVER THE HOLIDAY. SUNDAY AM I AM GOING TO THE GYM AND GET A BODY COMPOSTION AND WORKOUT PLAN BY THE RESIDENT PHY TO HELP ME GET MY ACT TOGETHER.
