I'm changing my fitness approach starting yesterday. I've been pretty steady at the strength training for the last two years. Little if any "cardio".
I'm starting to notice thickening in areas that I could do without that. So, if I can keep my attention on it, and stay healthy I am going to spend from now until this coming Spring trying jogging, biking, Airdyne, skipping rope, etc. Also skiing (downhill) and see if I can drop 20 pounds. Dieting is torture for me so I'm going to do occassional strength routines (push ups, Bullworker, etc.) and stick with stuff that makes my heart beat faster. Jon The definition of anxiety is having two cups of coffee and a bran muffin for breakfast, and then getting stuck in traffic. |
