I shelved my kettlebells awhile back due to a lower back strain and started using a Bullworker I bought a few years back. I can't say I'll be scaling Everest due to the workouts, but I have been maintaining a nice level of muscle tonus from the Bullworker workouts.
Anyway, it works quite well. I am going to add some heavy rope seesions per week when I get over the chest cold I have. O43 Nothing tastes as good as the feeling of being fit...- M. Douglass McGuff When I was growing up I knew I wanted to be thin, tan and rich...Anthony Bourdain |

I have adjusted my Bullworker workers a bit. I was doing 10 exercises 3-4 days a week using 7 second holds. Now I'm doing 8 exercises 4-5 days a week doing 1 set of 100 reps per exercise. I was challenged to do this by the fellow who produces the Steel Bow.
My wife has been unable to do resistance training for the last 2 years do to back injuires and cancer treatments. I bought her the Steel Bow for Christmas and she uses it about every day now. I'll keep this updated (along with her progress) now and then. O43 This message has been edited. Last edited by: Over43, Nothing tastes as good as the feeling of being fit...- M. I remember Bullworkers from the 50's. My brother (59) still has his and tells me that he still uses it from time-to-time, especially when he travels. This from a guy who is a big believer in lifting heavy.

I'm still using my Bullworker 3-4 days a week. Works well. I have been experimenting with isometric exercises, and other movements with it.
