Well, I went in for a consultation for a colonoscopy that is now scheduled for early Feb. This will be my fifth one and they are not my idea of fun. My last one, 5 years ago, was clean, but the previous three found polups that were removed. I've got about 48 hours of misery coming up, but I suspect that it is vastly less miserable than colon cancer.

All part of getting older I guess, and better than the alternative since I still have lots of fun things left to do.

I've had one (long story), so I understand the "misery" associated with them.
