Well, I'm at the point where I need to get back to working out. My work has a gym/weightroom that I'm starting to use and I've got a question about workout routines.
Has anyone here found/made up a good routine that they like and use? I'm interested in strength conditioning, especially my core and shoulders. The weight room has free weights, machines, a heavy bag, a speed bag, and treadmills.
