This is indeed terrible ! Why dont you check with your onclogist and get started with medications and chemotherapy too. Please do not waste time as the tumor might spread to the other parts of the body in no time. Do see that the medications are the latest and effective ones too.

That sucks. I'd say get the absolute best doctor that you can find, and ask lots of questions.
Hope there's lots of family and friends for support.

Hi,

My grandfather had stomach cancer too as he would drink and smoke a lot and no amount of cajoling from us would deter him from doing all of that. Consequently, he complained of stomach burns and uneasiness and we went to the doctor who then diagnosed it as cancerous tumor .He was immediately advised surgery and then radiotion therapy too. He is responding well to it and will take a while now for him to be fuly fit.

Seek ye after the truth, and ye shall find.

What would be the risk of doing a $200 dollar cleanse for 28 days. If it failed, you really don't lose anything. you really don't have anything to lose. Potentially you have a lot to (re)gain- i.e. vibrant health. Check out the books Cleanse and Purify Thyself by Richard Anderson at cleanse.net

He is alright

When seeking after the truth, check into the therapy and history of a max gerson, and see if you can't put his principles and therapy to work in your case- even if it is made illegal in the U.S. You know, if all these alternative therapies in the U.S. are illegal, and orthodox medicine is doing everything right, why are we the sickest nation- and we spend the most money also, in the world? It must be because they ignore nutrition, and also they ignore toxicity.

if I were you, I would go completely vegan for just a month, to see what happens. Also what have you got to lose but being called crazy? Personally I think that if 99 percent of the people think you are wrong on some issue, that does not mean you are wrong on that issue. It only means that 99 percent of people think you are. So in addition to going vegan, only buy organic for a month and only eat raw for a month. That's right, eat your fruits and veggies uncooked.

Now go to your trusted medical authorities and go ask for royal permission to go on this new radical diet. Go talk to your wife and get her to give you permission. Because I can tell you if you have a supportive and trusting wife it will help, and I can tell you the typical physician would balk at this idea, as he also would of doing a colonic or two, just for general cleansing purposes. But I tell you the truth, verily, that the dis-ease-establishment doesn't want the people to be healthy, because from whence comes their cashflow? I tell you this, verily, that cancers are caused by a deficiency/toxicity situation. Verily I can probably tell you that you are too young to have this condition, just like children today are to young to have the conditions and cancers they exhibit. it's called the Standard American Diet and there is no good diet, no responsible eating plan in any fancy and popular book, but that which is uncooked foods, enzyme and nutrient rich and vegan foods free of flesh and dairy (just as evil, btw, and giving it up will work wonders). And in today's agribusiness climes you will also need to buy organic as our soil is so depleted of minerals (deficiency) and full of herbicides and so on (toxicity) that the eater doesn't stand a chance at health!

Do this for a month, and journal if you like your experiences, and I believe you will be utterly amazed. Start today, after you ask for permission, of course! Let's hope they grant you it!

If man wasn't meant to eat animals, God wouldn't have made them out of meat. mmmm, tastey.

I have a Rotary meeting tonight, think I'll have a nice Reuben sandwich.

I am not sickly and I am not a hippy or a bum, but i am a vegan. And all I can say to give a dignified response is that this guy obvious is a flesh feaster and dairy drinker (how do I know? If he wasn't he wouldn't have this cancer condition) and so fine, god made meat to be eaten, and god also made stomach cancer to be created.

I believe in our society if anybody wants to heal, they are brought up against the inquisition. Fine. Do what thou will!

So no vegan has ever contracted stomach cancer? And no third hand stories - if you have hard, scientific data I'll listen. And no, one book by a crank doesn't count.

When you start to read about a book, or study, or person, and the first thing they say is how someone (the government, big global businesses, the illuminati, the inquisition, or whatever) is out to silence them, you know with nearly 100% accuracy that they are a kook.

Think about this - businesses are in business to make money. If there were proof that eating meat would kill you, then big, bad, global company would capitalize on that and make zillions.

Veganism is all about status. Don't think so? Go to Whole Foods or some other hippie cum yuppie store. If they were about spreading good health they wouldn't be 100% higher than Kroger. But this way they can look down on the proles eating meat and processed foods and feel superior.

So you sayeth that it is nigh impossible to create a conspiracy between key elements of the government and big business?? You mean that they don't have meetings and figure out how to trick us into eating animal flesh that will killeth us?? And that they shall all remaineth silent??

And they killed Kennedy, King and Tupak, y'know?

I don't have the data, but maybe I'll look for it. I don't argue with you guys to argue and waste time. But I do it for a reason, which is that maybe some people will benefit, but even if not, I benefit, because I know what I'm saying is true. I just can't always debate or recall sources. So my benefit to arguing and debating is that it sharpens my mind. Also, if I'm proven wrong, I take the blows.

I'm sure vegans have a lot less cancer. Many people who go on a vegan and raw food diet report regression of symptoms of cancer and other diseases. It is also worth noting many vegans have a poor diet- if they eat potato chips, over cooked and processed foods, junk food, too much sugar and salt. I knew this one vegan who ordered french fries at mcdonalds a lot. You would think veganism makes people conscious of what they eat, but it doesn't always generalize. Also there is drug and alchohol toxicity.

Ok, here are some sources to read-- and I would also think with stomach cancer you would be willing to try anything. As one author says- if a doctor gives you a prognosis- your cancer will get worse, or you have two months to live, he should qualify that statement to say that is what will happen if you follow my program, and you let me be your doctor. I am studying all this stuff so I can be my own doctor, as much as possible. One of the best things a doctor can do is give hope to patients, and when he says they have no chance of survival that is not giving hope. I heard it was said there is no dis-ease in which nobody has recovered from, including aids.

So here are some authors to check out- and I applaud you for wanting hard scientific evidence. Also realize that science and studies can be corrupted. But a study done right and proper and interpreted right should be believed. You have to have the skill of weighing the evidence, but these books have to me proved enlightening

John Robbins- diet for a new america, reclaiming our health, may all be fed, the food revolution
T.Colin Campbell - The china study

I would also think that if someone has a painful condition that he would be willing to try anything alternative that might be relief. I can understand not trying something like 'crystal magic' but or invocation, but diet and eating is one of the most intimate ways we interact with the world.

the thing that actually broght me on this path from being regular meat eater and dairy drinker and junk food consumer was thinking about how my body works in the inside, the part people don't see. I started thinking about the digestive process and the path food has to take. Then I realized that if we weren't meant to eat steak or animal fat and protein, as some say, then it would probably show up in digestion. in fact, our bowels are much different than those of carnivors. The meat passes much more slowly, and our stomach acid is much weaker than carnivores. Both these contribute to the meat getting stuck in our gut for too long (it takes 20 hours to digest plant food, and 4 days for meat) and our bodies are 98.6 degrees. You know you can't keep meat out at that heat or it will rot and putrefy. That's why as a vegan I have more energy, less illness or infection, and even less body odor, for real

but it's anybody's choice. Just realize the more meat you eat the more you contribute to african starvation. Read the book "may all be fed" for more on this. and you're also starving yourself, believe it or not. you're starving yourself of nutrients and enzymes and naturally occuring vitamins. not all calories are equal, and many obese people in america are actually starving to death, in this very real sense of the word!

There is no conspiracy, there are only interest groups, and these groups are very much for profit. For example, the dairy council or whatever it's called, which promotes it's products in the school system. I am not a fan of businesses marketing to children. Also when you read studies you have to be wary of 'spin' or damage control. businesses know how to turn what looks bad to their advantage. I would honestly not be typing this if I didn't feel much more health and energy and cellular vibrancy than I have before, just from two months raw organic vegan diet, lots of juices and a healthy lifestyle. it's not strict for me and I'm sure it's not strict to a recovering cancer patient. what it is is liberating. and personally I would never retain a physician as my caregiver who is obese or has high cholesterol no matter how much he may know, because he has obviously failed it on himself.

best regards

Just a quick comment here - never, ever, ever make life altering decisions based on one study. Unless it can be reproduced by others it's not even wrong. When correctly controlled studies (plural) report the same thing, then you can pay attention.

You are wary of the "food industry". Well I share that to a certain extent, but I'm also wary of the "self-help" industry. Any quack can write a book, and people being basically sheep, the authors will develop a following. But that makes them (the authors) no more right than I am. Adkins was a doctor, remember? So is Weill (sp). They are diametricly opposed in diet advise.

OK, one final comment will sum up this whole animal debate: "Meat is food." Have a nice day.

I will say it again and again. Each man has the right to eat what he will, and face the consequences. I am just trying to point out the biological consequences. eat what you will, but might I suggest checking out Dr. John McDougall? It's your stomach, and your weight, and your colon and blood pressure, and impotence and halitosis!

I also agree about the self help industry. on our fellow man we prey!

End of discussion?
