Did anyone else see the story on the 59 year old guy who just made a Division III college football team?

The guy is in phenomemal shape! I hope he kicks some 20 year old butt!

I saw it and it is pretty impressive. I think I'll add a few reps when I get to the gym today.

Was looking at some photos with the wife yesterday. I guess the camera doesn't lie, I look like crap in all of them. Funny, when I stand just right in front of the mirror I can convince myslef I look pretty good!

I am going to use this guy and others like him as my inspiration to get into really good shape, not just passable, where I am now!
