I shelved my kettlebells awhile back due to a lower back strain and started using a Bullworker I bought a few years back. I can't say I'll be scaling Everest due to the workouts, but I have been maintaining a nice level of muscle tonus from the Bullworker workouts.

Anyway, it works quite well. I am going to add some heavy rope seesions per week when I get over the chest cold I have.

I have adjusted my Bullworker workers a bit. I was doing 10 exercises 3-4 days a week using 7 second holds. Now I'm doing 8 exercises 4-5 days a week doing 1 set of 100 reps per exercise. I was challenged to do this by the fellow who produces the Steel Bow.

My wife has been unable to do resistance training for the last 2 years do to back injuires and cancer treatments. I bought her the Steel Bow for Christmas and she uses it about every day now.

I'll keep this updated (along with her progress) now and then.

I remember Bullworkers from the 50's. My brother (59) still has his and tells me that he still uses it from time-to-time, especially when he travels. This from a guy who is a big believer in lifting heavy.

I'm still using my Bullworker 3-4 days a week. Works well. I have been experimenting with isometric exercises, and other movements with it.
