Ok, here's an actual on topic post.
My wife and I have been losing weight - me due to a slight (temporary) lifestyle change, her due to some food allergy issues. Now if you had seen us before, you wouldn't have said we were fat, or even big. We "carried" our weight well. Especially my wife, who looks like a model (trophy wife thing and all). When I left for my Army training, my wife was a 38DD. She is now a 36B or C, depending on the bra.
