I think this is a maturity thing. Younger "hot" women get bored, I believe, with the "dick swinging" acts that a lot of guys their age posture with. Plus, have you seen what kind of shape many 20/30 somethings are in now? For them a 40 something(I don't know everyone's age, so I'm guessing) man is safe, usually pleasant, takes good care of themselves, more knowledgeable, and not so embarrassing, knows how to be suave. Enjoy the attention. I've receieved some of it myself lately.

Suave? Isn't that a brand of shampoo or something?  Seriously O43, I think you're on to something there. That does explain why quite a few younger women seem to go for older guys. Hey there married guy, all this is fun and games. Talk and flirt, that don't make babies. But I give this advice to all my buddies: don't put yourself in the situation where you cheat. A married pal of mine ended up sleeping with another woman because he walked her home from the bar. Once he was in her apartment, it was already too late. He put himself in the situation hours before that, wifey out of town, buying drinks, laughing and chatting with this girl who had an obvious interest in him.
Enjoy this hottie's attention, definitely. Fantasize all you want. But I would keep it to the interactions at work, and not tempt fate with extracirriculars. You'll know where that point of no return is. Can't be mistaken. My buddy knew he should just let that chick go home on her own (she was an adult afterall), but he didn't want to turn her down. Two things: I have not, nor would I ever cheat; AND if I did, I'm freakin' smart enough to use a condom. Pleazzze. Also: I was at the lake the other day and some chickie started chatting me up. This had legal ramifications though (nothing to do with age, more like UCMJ implication), so I beat feet outta there.
